10 Faves Under $10

March 23, 2021

Makeup is just one of those things I have always had what I would call a healthy obsession with.  I will use what I have and I love exploring new (and not so new) products.  But a cartful of compacts, lipsticks tubes, and palettes can add up quick.  I remember as a young teenager earning $200 in babysitting one summer (what I thought was a small fortune) and spending it all on a small basketful of makeup.

Here is a collection of drugstore products under $10 each that have performed really well for me.  They are quality with a price point that proves you don't have to break the bank to look like a million dollars!  *There are no affiliate links, all of the products have been linked to help you find them easily.

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind $7.98

I love this product!  It is multi-use acting as a concealer with anti-aging processes.  With just a few clicks (twist the red part) the product begins to seep through the sponge on top.  It glides easily over the skin and is very gentle for the under eye area.  Once applied, use a blending sponge, or lightly tap into place with your clean fingers.  The anti-aging process?  I actually notice a tinge of a difference when I am not using this concealer-whether it's in my brain or not-that is what I am still trying to determine.  But I think it does work.

Maybelline Fit Me Loose Powder $5.34

This is a fantastic finishing powder-I have been reaching for it for years.  It sets the foundation and dusts the shine off pretty perfectly.  The price point is wonderful because I go through this powder fairly quickly.

Maybelline New York Line Stiletto Ultimate Precision $5.97

This is the perfect product for those who love the look of wet liner without the hassle.  The handle with the felt tip makes it easy to apply and lasts all day!  It is not quite waterproof, but it will not rub off on the crease of your lids (those of you who have this issue know what I am talking about). It makes your eyes pop!

Maybelline New York Brow Define + Fill Duo $6.28

This is my all-time favorite brow product to date.  One side is a sponge with product that fills in brows beautifully, and the other is a skinny defining crayon.  It even has a little brow tutorial printed on the packaging.  I will sometimes use the sponge alone for days that I go for a more natural look.

Maybelline Total Temptation $8.60

I have only ever used this particular mascara in the turquoise packaging-I believe that is the waterproof version.  This product claims to lengthen lashes with a special formula in the mascara, and I noticed people would ask if I was wearing false lashes, so I do think it worked for me.

Revlon Color Stay Pressed Powder $8.12

I was shocked this product was under $10.  This pressed powder is very smooth and finely milled, I have been very impressed.

Revlon Color Stay Makeup SPF 20 $9.49

The packaging does not lie-this foundation STAYS!  And I love it!  Just a few pumps of this and you are good all day.  I had quite a few freckles as a child and although they have faded quite a bit, I still see them ever so slightly.  So that is my gauge on a good foundation.  If I see my freckles by the end of the night, the foundation fades.  Not this baby.  I also feel like this product has a decent shade range available.

Revlon Skin Lights $7.30

First of all, 5 stars for presentation.  The diamond pattern is beautiful and just feels classy.  I love the light gold shimmer as opposed to the more white-pearly iridescent.  I feel like it looks a little more naturally sun-kissed.  Pretty and smooth.

Maybelline Nude Lipstick $5.49

This has, again, been my go-to lipstick for a few years now.  I found my perfect shade that I use just about every day.  I love that it is subtle, but it is creamy and smooth and makes my lips feel just the way I want them to.  I will even use a coat of this over more expensive lip liners and sticks because it tones the color down and gives it a natural feel.

Maybelline New York Baby Lips $9.83

For more of a glossy lip look, Baby Lips made the fave list because it is the perfect mix of cream and gloss.  It glides over the lips so smoothly and I feel like it gives lasting hydration that helps the lips feel smooth even after the product has worn off.  They have a lot of different kinds and colors choose from.

I hope you enjoy this collection of 10 faves under $10!  Let me know if you love any of them as much as I do!
